  • Names will be added to a waiting list for specific events.
  • We will work through the list to accommodate as many participants as possible, depending on the number of withdrawals.
  • If we are unable to accommodate the request, a refund will be issued.
  • Payment for on-the-day time trials must be made in cash or by credit card.
  • £10.00 per event.

Bags

The meet is expected to be very busy, and we ask that large bags be placed in lockers in the changing area. No large bags are to be brought on poolside—there are no exceptions to this rule.

  • Coaches will ask swimmers to remove large bags from poolside if necessary.
  • Lockers are available for 20p, so please ensure you bring change.

Photographer

A photographer will be on poolside both Saturday and Sunday. Photos taken on Saturday will be displayed in the main reception area on Sunday for those wishing to purchase them as Christmas presents.

Photography

Ealing SC reminds all attendees that the meet is governed by Swim England’s photographic policy:

  1. Permission to Use Devices: Anyone wishing to use cameras, video, or digital image-capturing devices (including mobile phones) must adhere to the guidelines laid out in Wavepower 2024 (Swim England Child Safeguarding Policy).
  2. Flash Photography: Flash photography is NOT permitted at the start of any heat.
  3. Changing Room Policy:
    • The use of mobile phones or devices is strictly prohibited in the changing rooms from entry to exit.
    • Devices must be stored in a bag or pocket and not visible. There are no exceptions to this rule.
    • Anyone caught using a mobile phone or device will be ejected from the meet.

Swim Shops

A swim shop will be available in the main reception area on both Saturday and Sunday.

Parking

The meet is expected to be very busy, and the leisure centre has requested that we do not park in the pool’s parking area.

  • There is ample parking available in surrounding streets.
  • Please park respectfully, ensuring that no driveways or access points are blocked.

Public Transport

The Northolt Leisure Centre is conveniently located next to Northolt Underground Station on the Central Line.

Health & Safety

For health and safety reasons, shoes must be worn outside of the pool area and when visiting the spectator area.

Meet Results

Meet results, internet allowing, will be uploaded to MeetMobile App under the name ESC 2024 XMAS Qualifier during the event.

Please note that these results are for advisory purposes only. Final, official results will be uploaded to Swim England after the completion of the meet.
