Important Safeguarding Notice: No mobile phones in the changing room area.
Need to know
On arrival at the gala, please direct the swimmers to their coaches. The Anaconda coaches are in their red T-Shirts so they are easy to spot. Parents are generally discouraged to go into poolside with the swimmers as organisers are busy setting up and getting ready so that races can start on time.
Please note the new safeguarding policy: Wavepower’s changing room policy prohibits taking photographs with a camera or mobile device in changing areas. It prohibits all use of a mobile phone or device in a changing area during Swim England regulated activity.

Withdrawals & Time Trials
Please let us know of any withdrawals so that we can reduce empty lanes and finish on time. You can do so by email prior to the event or on the day in person to the timing suite team first thing in the morning (before warm up finishes and the heat sheet is printed out).
As the meet is not completely full, we anticipate being able to accept time trials up to the start of warm up on the day.
Volunteers
We are still looking for some additional non-technical volunteers to help around the pool in various roles - please email [email protected] with details for anyone who could lend a hand.
Additionally, a few more officials, particularly in the afternoons would be welcome (please email Jerome via [email protected]).
As well as our immense gratitude, any volunteers receive free entry, tea, coffee and a delicious lunch if they help during both sessions.
Spectators

You can help support the host club, reduce waste and grab yourself a bargain at the second-hand sale at the club desk. There will be cakes and temporary tattoos.
